so awesome.

Just came back from my meeting with the guy at Wildlife in Crisis. I start my volunteer work there on Saturday morning! I am so excited about this. I spent 10 minutes walking around and realized that this is exactly what makes me happy. Working with animals. Fuck people, dude. Fuck them. Animals are so much better. 

They had all sorts of animals there. Baby deer, baby foxes, baby raccoons, hawks, owls. It was so surreal. This is exactly where I need to be. 

I am a little worried though because I am about to get really busy. Considering what I am going through, being busy is a good thing. Except not in July. July is when my sister, my brother in law, my niece, my brother and my uncle are in town. I want to spend as much time with them as I can, and between my volunteer work with WIC, my internship with the veterinary hospital, and working a 40 hour work week, I’m not going to have a lot of family time.

I’ll have to make the best of it.
